The Schools Division Office of Nueva Vizcaya Gender and Development Focal Point System (GFPS) is strategically structured under the leadership of the Schools Division Superintendent as Chairperson/Head, with technical guidance from the Assistant Schools Division Superintendent / OIC-Chief Education Supervisor of the Curriculum Implementation Division as Technical Working Group (TWG) Head. The TWG is composed of key educational and operational officers, including the Education Program Supervisor / GAD Coordinator, Education Program Supervisor for Kindergarten & SNED, Education Program Supervisor for MAPEH & ALS, Legal Officer III / OIC-Administrative Officer V, Planning Officer, Accountant III, Budget Officer, and Administrative Officer – HRMO IV. Program administrative operations and compliance are further maintained by the OIC-Senior Education Program Specialist for HRD serving as the Secretariat, alongside the Senior Education Program Specialist for SMME overseeing Monitoring and Evaluation.
